Where are you located?

Hammock Coastal Real Estate LLC is conveniently located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine in beautiful Palm Coast on the east coast of Florida. Central Florida attractions are only 2 hours away. The perfect vacation destination for those seeking luxury accommodations.

How do I get to Hammock Coastal Properties?

From Jacksonville: 
Take I-95 south to exit 289 and make a left at end of exit ramp onto Palm Coast Parkway.  Continue east on Palm Coast Parkway over toll bridge and make a left at four-way stop sign onto Camino Del Mar.  Make a right at the stop sign onto A-1-A.  Take A-1-A north for approx. 1 mile.  Hammock Coastal Real Estate will be on your left in the Colonial Bank building at 5182 N. Oceanshore Blvd., Suite B.

From Orlando: 
Take I-4 east to I-95 North to exit 289 Palm Coast Parkway.  Make a right at the end of the exit ramp heading East on Palm Coast Parkway. Continue east on Palm Coast Parkway over toll bridge and make a left at the four-way stop sign onto Comino Del Mar. Then make a right left at the stop sign onto A-1-A.  Take A-1-A north for approx. 1 mile.  Hammock Coastal Properties will be on your left in the Colonial Bank Building at 5182 N. Oceanshore Blvd., Suite B.

What are your office hours?

Monday thru Friday: 9:00AM till 5:00PM EST
Saturday: 9:00AM till 12:00PM EST
Sunday: Closed
If you will be arriving after these hours, please speak to a Reservation Specialist to make arrangements.

What time is Check-In?

Check in time begins at 4:00 PM EST.  At times, an earlier check in of 3 PM may be available, if needed please inquire.

What time is Check-Out?

In order to have the vacation rental ready for the next guest’s arrival, check out time is promptly at 10:00 AM EST. Late check outs may be available depending on scheduling of the next vacationer.  Please speak to a Reservation Specialist for further details.

Is it possible to extend my visit after I have arrived?

If the property is available, it is possible to extend your stay for a daily fee rate with just a telephone call to your Reservation Specialist.

What is the cleaning/housekeeping fee for?

A lot of time and devotion has gone into ensuring that your vacation rental is in the very best condition possible for your arrival. In an effort to meet and exceed your expectations, we proudly employee one of the best housekeeping departments in the area.

This expense covers the cost of:

    • Ensuring the unit is clean and ready for your arrival
    • All bed linens, towels, and wash cloths are provided for your stay
    • A supply of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee packets with cream and sugar and dishwashing detergent are located in the property.

What is required to make a reservation?

A 50% deposit of the entire balance is due the day the reservation is made. The remaining 50% payment is due and processed 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept VISA and MasterCard, personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. We will accept personal checks provided that we receive it at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No personal checks are accepted at check-in, and the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to you occupying the vacation rental.

How do I reserve a vacation rental?

There are two ways to reserve a vacation property. You can make your reservation online through the secure online booking software or telephone our office and speak to a Reservation Specialist. For Reservations, please call 386-246-9155. Our highly trained staff are eager is assist you with your vacationing needs.

Are your vacation rentals pet friendly?

Our vacation rentals are privately owned, and it is at the discretion of the owner to make a vacation rental “pet-friendly.” We do have some
properties available that will accommodate your needs. Please give a Reservation Specialist a call to discuss the availability.

Do any of your vacation rentals allow smoking?

All of our vacation rentals are “non-smoking,” however, you may smoke outside.

Do any of your vacation rentals have swimming pool access?

Yes, all of our condominium and town home communities have heated swimming pools that are open year round due to our excellent weather conditions in sunny Florida!  Some of our communities offer private beach access and all are located only minutes from public beaches.

Can you recommend any restaurants in the area?

Glad you asked!  Yes, we have great seaside and waterfront restaurants in our area with great food and inviting atmosphere.  Please see “Area Links” for more specific information.

Is there a grocery store nearby?

Yes.  Most of our properties are located on the island, with a brand new Publix Grocery Store just minutes from our communities and centrally located on A1A.  There are also grocery store chains located on the mainland, just minutes from any of our communities.

What are some local activities to enjoy?

Besides the wonderful amenities to enjoy at each of our rental properties there are many activities in the area. Several state and national parks, deep sea fishing charters, surfing, canoeing, kayaking, water parks, historical sites and tours in St. Augustine, Daytona International Speedway attractions, Marineland historical aquarium, local festivals, and outlet shopping centers.
