A state-of-the-art fitness center features ultra-modern equipment, personal trainers, and tailored programs such as, yoga, spinning and step aerobics awaits you in the early morning sunrise or after a day in the sun. Fishing rod and reels are available for surf fishing as well as bikes for a ride on the many trails in the community. A dramatic two-story restaurant offers stunning views of the swimming complex, the beachfront finishing holes of the Ocean Hammock Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. In addition, and currently under development, membership to the private, Conservatory of Hammock Beach, Tom Watson Signature Course is available to owners. This 18-hole, woodlands-style golf course enjoys a natural flow and will be surrounded by mature trees, offering a pure golf experience. The Conservatory will be a private golf community located in close proximity to The Hammock Beach Club. The 340 homesites that will be found at The Conservatory will reflect the Spanish Renaissance style found throughout North Florida’s coastal towns such as St. Augustine. Homesites will offer breathtaking views of the golf course and nature preserve.The focal point of the community will be the one-of-a-kind Clubhouse, complete with a nature conservatory.
