The Sanctuary, named for the secluded Intracoastal island that it sits on, sits among ancient oaks and can only be reached by a single manned security entrance or by boat. The Sanctuary is reminiscent of “Old South” charm. To the North are the vast and protected marshlands of Pellicer Creek Preserve and the Matanzas River. And just ¼ mile South is the finest port-of-call on the entire waterway – Yacht Harbor Village and The Palm Coast Resort. The Sanctuary has both Homes and Homesites available. There are 100 dockable lots with 44 on the Intracoastal Waterway and 67 wooded interior lots.
