Prices for condominiums start in the $600,000’s to $1,200,000’s, with single family homesites in the $400,000’s to $700,000’s and homes begin around $1M. Boat lips at the Marina are included in the price of many of the condos and homesites or may be purchased separately. Slips may also be rented. Many of the homesites have docks at their back door.
Condos & Homes can be rented on a semi-annual or annual basis or short term thru our Vacation Rental Program.
